She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Rutgers University and went on to pursue her passion for mental health by obtaining a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University, specializing in advanced clinical practice.
With over eight years of professional experience, Ayesha has worked with individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges, including domestic violence, sexual violence, homelessness, substance use, co-occurring mental health disorders, developmental disorders, and chronic health conditions. Her expertise spans case management, prevention strategies, facilitating support groups, and conducting educational workshops. She is adept at tailoring interventions to meet the needs of children and adolescents, while also supporting adults navigating complex life challenges.
