Policies

  • Reminders:  Clients will receive a notifcation to confirm their appointment at least 48 hours ahead at which time clients may confirm or cancel the appointment if needed. 

  • Punctuality:  All services are expected to begin on time. If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please contact your therapist or the office as soon as possible.  Appointment length will not be extended for a late start as there are clients usually scheduled for a subsequent time slot.

  • Payment:  All fees and insurance cost-sharing (copay, coinsurance, or deductible) must be paid in full prior to the next appointment.

  • Telehealth:  All virtual appointments must be held in New Jersey due to state licensing laws.  If a client is not physically in the state, the apointment must be cancelled and rescheduled.

No Show / Cancellation Policy

  • A $100 fee is charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or if a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment.  This fee will be charged to a client's card on file.  ​​
