Individual Therapy

Whether it's a client's first time or 5th time in therapy, we appreciate the step you've taken to meet with a complete stranger and trust them with your most intimate matters of the mind and heart.  While we don't have ALL the answers, we will do our utmost to help you with your struggles and conflicts, offer and teach coping strategies, resolve issues even though we cannot change the past.

Couples/Family Therapy

Many of our staff are skilled and experience at providing couples or family therapy.  Our goal is help couples and families find clarity, improve communication, reduce discord, and work towards feasible resolutions to their problems.  We don't take sides but are there to serve all those involved by highlighting dysfunctional patterns of thinking and behavior, and provide strategies to change them.  We ask that all parties be motivated and invested in the process.
