* We are not in network with any NJ FamilyCare plans such as Horizon NJ Health, Wellcare, Amerigroup, Aetna Better Health, UnitedHeathcare Community Plan, or Fidelis Care. 

Out-of-Network Plans: 

We are an out-of-network (OON) provider with all other insurance plans.  However, we are happy to work with all clients who would like to use their OON benefits.  We advise the following:​

  • Please contact your insurance company to determine if you have OON benefits.

  • Ask if there is a deductible as this must be met before your plan begins to pay.   Deductibles vary from plan to plan, and can range from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars.   

  • All deductible payments and/or cost-sharing fees (copay, coinsurance) are due at the time of service. 

  • Depending on your insurance, we will either submit a claim on your behalf or provide you with a "superbill" receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or credit toward your deductible.


Out of Pocket:

  • Good Faith Estimate - per the No Suprises Act For we will provide you with a "good faith" estimate of what you can expect to pay out of pocket for services.​​

  • Sliding Scale - in some instances, we are able to offer services to clients on a sliding scale due to economic hardship and is based a client's financial situation, family income, and how much one can realistically afford. 

  • Length and frequency of session visits may be adjusted to accommodate a client's financial ability to pay without sacrificing the integrity and benefit of therapy.
