Alexandra Dillon, MSW, LCSW

Therapist/Clinical Supervisor (fluent in ASL & ESL) - virtual only

Alexandra is a licensed clinical social worker and approved clinical supervisor. She graduated with a Masters in Clinical Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University: School of Social Work. Alexandra has certifications in Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC); mini certificate in Complex Trauma; advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); and advanced training in perinatal mental health. She has worked in various clinical settings including: outpatient, evaluations, residential, schools, rehabilitation (justice system), and private practice.


While having worked with various age populations, needs, and backgrounds, she currently only works with adults, focusing more on those experiencing anxiety-related disorders, perinatal mental health, life transitions including college-related, and trauma.


Alexandra believes that clients should feel comfortable, safe, and supported in the therapeutic relationship. As such, she approaches each person as an individual to determine what their needs are and best approaches to help them achieve their goals and provide tools and strategies they need to continue their journey. Alexandra utilizes client-centered and strengths-based approaches along with other modalities including, but not limited to: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy techniques (DBT), and mindfulness.


Alexandra is bilingual in English and American Sign Language (ASL). In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys traveling and visiting new places.
