Per Practice Policy: 24 hours is required for all cancellations and to reschedule so that the appointment time can be given to another patient. A $50 no show/cancellation will be imposed if cancellations are made the day of an appointment unless in the event of an extenuating circumstance. Please notify your clinician or the office at your earliest to inform of any changes you need to make to your appointment time.

Payment
For all In Network insured: All BCBS claims will be filed by Emerge Behavioral Health Copayments, coinsurances, or deductibles are due at the conclusion of each session
For all Out of Network insured: All fees are due at the conclusion of each session. A "superbill" will be provided to you in person or via email to submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits.
